A story built in the field.
Behind Laser&More Technologies is Alberto Moretti's professional journey, built on more than thirty years of experience in metal processing technologies and, later, industrial laser technologies.
His career began at the family-owned company SOITAAB, founded in 1938 by his grandfather and later developed by his father. For decades, SOITAAB has designed and manufactured industrial cutting systems for oxy-fuel, plasma and waterjet cutting and, more recently, fiber laser cutting machines for metal processing.
For approximately ten years, Alberto Moretti was responsible for developing the company's international markets, contributing to its global expansion while gaining extensive experience in international business development, manufacturing processes and metal fabrication technologies.
In 2002, he joined Rofin-Sinar, where he led the Micro Division until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, he served as Managing Director of Trotec Italy and, subsequently, from 2020 to 2025, as Managing Director of JustLaser Italy.
These experiences strengthened his in-depth understanding not only of laser technologies, but also of the commercial, application and organizational processes that enable technology to create real value within a company.
The creation of Laser&More Technologies represents the natural evolution of this journey: an independent entrepreneurial venture established to provide carefully selected and integrated solutions, with the freedom to choose the most appropriate technology without being tied to a single manufacturer.

Her professional career developed in the luxury fashion industry, where she worked with prestigious brands including Gianfranco Ferré, Trussardi and Malo, serving as Licensing Manager.
This experience helped her develop strong expertise in managing complex projects, building relationships with international partners, enhancing brand value and creating sustainable growth strategies.
